Water Skiing!

A week and a half ago
we were invited out to German Lake
to swim and play with
our
Clemen cousins!

Curt put the boom on the boat.
They painted and shined up the little ski's real nice for our girls.
Paige tried -
before she realized what she was getting herself in to!
(Claire did not even attempt it!)

Carly jumped in
and helped Paige get set up.
As you can see from the pics,
Paige didn't do too bad!
She tried it twice, and got up both times.
The 2nd time she tried pulling herself too hard
and couldn't really get it.
But not bad for a first attempt!

Then Carly showed us how to do it -
BAREFOOT!

What a fun day
at German Lake!
The last time I was there
was about 20 or so years ago!
(Everything seemed much bigger back then!)
