Finally Home

Mitch is finally home! We welcomed him home on Saturday. He flew in from Colorado and then they took a bus to the hangar in St. Paul, where we were able to greet them and take our soldiers home. There was a VERY brief ceremony - which was nice but we couldn't understand what was being said over the PA system. Even though it was a rainy day, it was still so nice to see him and his unit.

The girls are having a lot of fun with him home. They both were very excited to see him. Paige had no hesitation. Claire hesitated for about 15 seconds then she gave him a great big hug. We have pretty much been doing nothing except relaxing together in our own house. It has been nice and quiet - which we will enjoy since it will get pretty crazy busy with the new baby soon to arrive!
